Refund

Unless otherwise required by law, entry fees are Non-Refundable under any circumstances. If the registrant can not make the scheduled date, the registrant acknowledges that NO REFUND or CREDIT to future races will be granted.

Cancellation

I (we) the registrant(s) understand that in the event that the race is cancelled or postponed as a result of (and not limited to) an act of God, Natural Disaster, war, strike, revolution, lack or failure of transportation facilities, laws or interventions or actions of statutory bodies, major accidents during the race, or other such causes, the Womens Fitness Asia event organizers will make every effort to reschedule the race to a later date of their choosing. If the registrant can not make the rescheduled date, the registrant acknowledges that NO REFUND or CREDIT to future races will be granted.

SWITCHPLAY - EVENT SAFETY WAIVER & PARTICIPANT CONSENT

By joining Switchplay, a Women's Fitness Asia event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Health & Fitness Declaration

I confirm that:

I am physically fit to take part in the activities.
I have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating.
If I have any health concerns, I have consulted my physician prior to joining.

Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risks

I acknowledge and agree to assume all risks associated with participating in the Event and Activities. These risks include, but are not limited to, physical health risks such as exposure to communicable diseases like COVID-19, injuries caused by my mental, physical, or emotional condition, and risks associated with athletic activities, the event environment, and the use of drones.

Potential risks include, but are not limited to:

Falls, collisions with objects or people.
Vehicle or bicycle accidents.
Reactions to high altitudes, weather conditions, or physical exertion.
Gastrointestinal issues, allergic reactions, or heat-related illnesses.
Injuries like concussions, burns, broken bones, paralysis, mental or emotional trauma.

Release of Liability

I understand and agree that Women's Fitness Asia (WFA), its organizers, partners, sponsors, venue partners, and staff are not liable for any injury, accident, infection, loss or damage of personal belongings or valuables that may occur during the event. By participating, I release WFA and all its partners from any and all claims arising from my participation.

Media Consent

I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the event, and I grant permission for WFA to use these for event documentation, marketing, and promotional materials.
